• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order is processed, it is sent to our fulfillment center for immediate shipment.

We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all U.S. orders.
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
(Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.)
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order ships.

Shipping Issues
• If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
• If an order is lost or not delivered, we will reship the item or issue a full refund.
• Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for replacement unless the customer provides additional delivery issue details.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If the address entered is incorrect and the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute the package.
If it is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
